Episode 24 Overview
2024 marks the 14th edition of the Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Fest, billed as “The world's largest festival for chocolate, coffee, and gourmet foods” featuring 200 vendors, 6 stages, 250,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor facilities, and attracting over 23,000 attendees in 2023.
APRIL 6-7, 2024 | 10AM - 5PM at Expo New Mexico in Albuquerque
In this episode of PodSaveChocolate I will be interviewing Dean Strober of Blue River Productions, the company behind the festival. We’ll be talking about the history of the festival, what to expect this year, and more.
A quick aside: I will be involved with 6️⃣ six 6️⃣ (!) different events over the weekend. I will be leading four (ticketed, not included in the general admission) tasting/pairing classes (two on Saturday and two on Sunday), moderating a panel, as well as being a judge in the Guittard Chocolate Dessert Baking Competition.
