Episode 27 Overview
Two of my favorite activities to schedule for episodes of PodSaveChocolate are: a) interviews, and b) tastings, and I particularly enjoy episodes where I get to interview a maker and taste their work.
And that’s what’s going to happen during Episode 27, where I will be interviewing Chef Andrea Young of Sweet Vegan Chocolates and tasting the confections of her labors.
Chef Andrea and I have already had a pre-show call, so I already know the basic outlines for where I want the interview to go. However, I have never tasted her work (I do not think I was aware of the company while I was still living in Brooklyn, so it’s kind of funny to me that Sweet Vegan came to my attention only after moving to Arizona), and do not plan to taste the samples they’re sending me before the episode. No pressure on either of us!
