Event Description
The awards ceremony for the third bi-annual competition, the only national competition for chocolatiers. Previous winners include Christopher Elbow, Kristy Choo (Jin Patisserie), Michael Krug (LA Burdick), William Leaman (Essential Chocolate Co), Andrew Shots (Garrison Confections), Kee Ling Tong (Kee's Chocolates), and Bethany Thouin (The Cocoa Tree now Bethany Chocolatier). Members of the public are invited to attend. Chocolatiers are invited to enter the competition.
