Spend a week in Belize attending the Toledo Cacao Festival and learning about chocolate from tree to mouth with Discover Chocolate author and TheChocolateLife creator Clay Gordon.
Visit a working cacao plantation, harvest pods, learn about fermentation and drying, and making chocolate are just some of the activities planned for the trip.
