The NASFT® (National Association of Specialty Food Trades) has sponsored and produced the high-profile, well-attended International Fancy Food & Confection Shows® since 1955.
There is already a forum topic about a milk chocolate tasting that will be given at the show.

This is the one food event that I get excited about each year and enjoy to the fullest by attending all 3 days. I highly recommend it. The international section is always enjoyable.
