DESCRIPTION:Aloha!\nWe are delighted to announce that the Ninth Annual
  Kona Chocolate Festival will take place on Saturday April 2nd, 2011, 
 at the King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. Presen
 ted by Na'alehu Theater, the aim of the Kona Chocolate Festival is to 
 entertain both visitors to and residents of the Hawai‘i’s Island; 
 showcase the creative talents of fine chefs, ice cream & candy makers,
  and chocolatiers; and highlights cacao farming and the chocolate indu
 stry in Hawai'i.\nThe 9th Annual Kona Chocolate Festival features a ch
 ocolate taste-off competition with awards in professional and amateur 
 categories. Entries are judged by selected local professional chefs an
 d other experienced personalities, as well as by attendees through \"p
 eople's choice\" nominations. Savory chocolate creations are encourage
 d! Contestants prepare appetizers, entrées and desserts – all made 
 with chocolate, of course!\nThe evening gala also includes a silent au
 ction, live music, wine and champagne, and specialty beer. A portion o
 f the proceeds from the silent auction supports Kona's local chapter o
 f The American Culinary Federation's Chef and Child program, and also 
 a portion goes directly to the new West Hawaii Community College Culin
 ary School in Kailua-Kona for the purchase a confection oven.\nPlease
