It is with ridiculously extreme pleasure that I bring you news of the NYCDAT reunion pairing featuring Bacon, Beer, Chocolate and Cheese!
In honor of Pig Week 2010 at Jimmy’s No. 43, Chris Cuzme and Mary Izett join Josh Ozersky (Mr. Cutlets) to bring you a selection of quality Bacons each specifically paired with craft beer and artisan chocolates and cheeses.
Two sessions:
Session I: 6:30pm - 7:45pm
Session II: 8:15pm - 9:30pm
$35/person/session
Advance ticket purchase highly recommended as these events often sell out very quickly.
NYCDAT (the New York City Degustation Advisory Team) is dedicated to the promotion and appreciation of craft beer through creative and delectable food pairing.
