Bakon USA presents a two-day chocolate class for professionals by Chef Patrick Peeters.
Practical hands-on experience through production of various products covering techniques like moulding, transfer sheets, dipping, cocoa butter color,...including enrobing with the new MINI ENROBER for the Choco TT.
Aug. 2 from 1pm to 5pm and Aug. 3 from 1pm to 5pm
