New recipes for 2012! Bakon USA presents a hands-on class for professionals with chocolate making experience featuring Chef Patrick Peeters. The class will take place on Tuesday Jan. 31st and Feb. 1st from 1pm to 5pm each day. Registration fee is US$150. Class size limited to 10 participants.
