I am very excited to announce that 508 Gastro Brewery has asked me to co-host a very special beer pairing dinner for NYC Beer Week 2014 with a chocolate theme. Chocolate will be included as an integral component of every course, and each will be paired with a specific craft beer made in-house at 508 by my good friend Chris Cuzme.

Salad: Mixed Greens, Strawberries, Warm Peaches Seared in Cocoa Butter, Goat Cheese crumbles, Macadamia nuts pan-toasted in cocoa butter and dusted w/ cocoa powder.
Prima Piatti: Jumbo Sea Scallop Ceviche — Avocado, Mandarin Orange, Jalapeño, Red Onion, Pistachio, Olive Oil, and Solbeso® Cacao Spirit, w/ cacao-dusted tostones.
Intermezzo: Chocolate Sorbet~stout float
Secondi Piatti: Spare Rib Sliders w/ Mexican Chocolate BBQ Sauce, Horseradish Coleslaw on Brioche, w/ Yucca Bravas and Chocolate Aioli.
Pre-Dessert: Beer, Bacon, Chocolate Fondue.
Dessert: Chocolate Brownie a la mode w/ Milk Chocolate Beer Butter Caramel Sauce & caramelized malted barley crunchies.
