Also new to the festival this year will be this upscale dinner at Horizons restaurant featuring a tantalizing five course, wine-paired dinner designed exclusively for the West Coast Chocolate Festival by top BC chef - Chef John Garrett, working with Culinary Arts students. Prepped and served by talented culinary arts and hospitality students, the event will also include live entertainment, a silent auction, and of course— plenty of chocolate!
