Some of the criteria were the ability to purchase on-line, a geographic distribution, and a focus on confections, not bars.

I have not been able to find a way to record the program live but you can go to Sirius and sign up for a free three-day trial to listen and then record the program with your iPod or iPhone. There's a link to the free trial on this page
