 to miss for years to come.”\nThis year’s event promises to be even
  more interesting with over a dozen chocolate makers and chocolatiers 
 already confirmed to participate and will be sampling their chocolate
 s at the event\nChocolate makers Tejas Chocolate (Houston) and Rogue
  Chocolatier (Boston) plus\nDallas chocolatiers Chocolate Secrets, Wis
 eman House, Dr. Sue’s Chocolate, Oh Brownie, The Dark Chocolate Bake
 ry, Pure Chocolate Desserts by Zach, Toffee Treats, Elegantly Chocolat
 e, Collin College, and Sublime Chocolate.\nMore chocolatiers and choco
 late makers will be announced soon.\nThe Chocolate Conference & Festiv
 al 2012 has two main components that take place in adjoining rooms of 
 the Addison Conference Centre. At the Festival attendees can meet and 
 sample chocolates from all of the participating chocolatiers and choco
 late makers while at the Conference, attendees can enjoy classes throu
 ghout the day about the making, use, and history of fine chocolate.\nT
 he Conference will start with the Chocolatierʼs Roundtable -- a free-
 flowing discussion with all participating local chocolatiers. Both the
  Conference & Festival are included in the price of admission. \n\n\n
