 proud to announce the return of the Chocolate Conference. Last yearʼs
  inaugural event was hailed as “the hot ticket ticket in town this w
 eekend for foodies” by D Magazineʼs Side Dish and “a chocoholic's
  dream” by the Dallas Morning News. This yearʼs promises to be even
  better. Already scheduled to participate are acclaimed chocolate make
 r Shawn Askinosie (Askinosie Chocolate) from Missouri and local chocol
 atiers Wiseman House Chocolate, Coco André, and Dr. Sueʼs Chocolate.
  Many more chocolatiers will be announced soon.\nThe Chocolate Confere
 nce 2011 has two main components: A Showcase of Chocolate and a Chocol
 ate Academy. The Showcase of Chocolate will be an exhibition hall wher
 e attendees can sample chocolates from all participating chocolatiers 
 and chocolate makers. In the Chocolate Academy, attendees can hear tal
 ks throughout the day about the making, use, and history of fine choco
 late. The Academy will start with the Chocolatier’s Roundtable -- a 
 free-flowing discussion with all participating chocolatiers.\nMore det
