DESCRIPTION:Combining a chocolate festival with a day of fascinating c
 lasses taught by chocolate experts, the DallasChocolate.org Chocolate 
 Conference 2010 promises to be a unique and tasty event. On August 14,
  2010, the main hall of the Addison Conference Centre in Addison, TX, 
 will feature tables representing some of Dallas' finest chocolatiers. 
 Each chocolatier will be sampling a range of their creations in exchan
 ge for tickets purchased by attendees. Attendance will be capped and s
 pread throughout the day to make sure that everyone gets the chance to
  meet each chocolatier and savor their creations.\n\nBut that's only h
 alf of the excitement. In addition, a separate room will have a full d
 ay of informative and fun sessions led by chocolate experts including 
 topics like, \"How to Taste Fine Chocolate\" and \"Chocolate Making 10
 1.\" The first session will be a roundtable discussion between all the
  exhibiting chocolatiers. The chocolatiers will explain what initially
  drew them to chocolate and answer questions from the audience.\n\nSpe
 cial guests include Clay Gordon, Art Pollard (Amano), and Adrienne New
