Event Description

Bringing together artisan ice cream makers from around the US, and pairing them together with some of Chicago's most exciting pastry chefs.
It's all happening over Labor Day Weekend ~
Friday-night, September 4th.
At the Notebaert Nature Museum in Lincoln Park.
We'll also be focusing on the use of great chocolate for ice cream, with single origins and blends.

It's a Grand Tasting featuring amazing ice cream, gelato, sorbet, wine and beer pairings, and hanging-out with some fantastic culinary artists.
Oh, and that weekend is also the Chicago Jazz Festival. So, many many fun things to do!

No where on the marketing were they listed, it was a suprise turn up, and i gotta tell you they were the best! They had chocolate dipped maple bacon also a second flavor Chilien Merlot with dark chocolate chips that was to die for. All the others were dull and who places Geleto in a luxury ice cream festival?
