 claim a seat for the educational program, you’ll pass through our Me
 mbers Gallery Showcase. The\nGallery features a variety of new product
 s from several of our members. Stop by for a tasty treat and a chat wi
 th your fellow chocolatiers, chocolate makers and industry suppliers. 
 But, don’t eat all the samples at once--save them for dessert after 
 enjoying the delicious gourmet buffet (available between 5-7PM).\n\nOu
 r Educational Program starts around 6:00PM and explores the Mystery, M
 yth and Facts of Chocolate Health Benefits. There’s a lot of informa
 tion out there; good, bad, and in-between.\n\nOur panel of chocolate e
 xperts will help us makes sense of it all, discuss the physiological a
 nd psychological benefits of chocolate, and answer your questions. Thi
 s is sure to be an interesting and spirited discussion which we hope y

 nd under-delivering on health claims made for chocolate; specifically

 ctor, Natural Product Sciences; The Hershey Company, will share news a
 bout their ongoing and latest chocolate health benefit studies.\n* Cat
 herine Kwik-Uribe, PhD and research scientist for Mars has authored an
 d co-authored numerous articles on cocoa flavanols and their health be
 nefits; she'll share her expertise and help clarify information on thi
 s topic.\n* Joan Steuer; President of Chocolate Marketing, will talk a
 bout the psychological health benefits of chocolate.\n\nI'm sure you'l
 l agree that this is an amazing panel.\n\nAround 7:30 we’ll shift ou
 r focus from educational to social with our Industry Cocktail Receptio
 n. This is an amazing opportunity to mingle with others in the chocola
 te industry, meet new friends and catch up with those we don’t get t
