Venezuelan Chocolate is the highlight of our event this summer, with a knowledgeable panel lead by Patrick Pineda, CEO, Tisano – Cacao, Tea & Chocolates, and includes Jorge Redmond, CEO, El Rey Chocolates, Jose Gregorio Lugo Arevalo, Founder of the National Association of Venezuelan Cacao Farmers and Former President of the Ocumare Cacao Co-Op and Cameron Ring, Founder, Dandelion Chocolates. You'll taste for yourself why cacao from this region is so highly-revered and you'll have time to network with fellow chocolate-makers to learn the latest in techniques.
