Who is this workshop designed for?
This three days hands on experience is designed for anyone who is interested in entering the gelato or ice cream business as well as professionals who need to improve or change their menu and their business profitability. We will cover all topics related to the gelato business from choosing the right location, selecting your offerings, training of employees, costs and resources.
Maria Coassin is an Italian native who studied with some of the most renowned Gelato Masters in Italy.
