I will be giving a chocolate and beer pairing seminar during each of the four sessions - two Friday and two Saturday.
Pairings are to be announced once we have a chance to taste all the chocolates and start thinking about the beers - over 100 to choose from!
The festival organizers are happy to recognize Godiva Chocolatier and Grand Place Chocolates as the official Belgian Chocolate Sponsors of Get Real Belgian Beer Festival 2011.
