Event Description
Bryan Graham, CIA grad and founder of Fruition Chocolate will be my in-studio guest this coming Wednesday on Straight From the Source on HRN. Located not far from Woodstock, New York, Fruition is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker that also makes bonbons and other confections from the chocolate they make.
We'll be talking about making chocolate in the Hudson Valley and doing a live in-studio tasting.
