Event Description
This is the first in a new monthly "Sophisticated Pairings" tasting series hosted at Chocopologie and presented by Clay Gordon.
The price of the pairing is not yet fixed (we're still settling on the list of Scotches - one from each of the five main Scotch-producing areas, paired with Knipschildt confections and several chocolates - to be served), but everyone who reserves a spot before March 31st will receive a 10% discount.
