DESCRIPTION:The Chocolate Festival at the Nordiska museet - for the 10
 th time!\nChocolate enthusiasts Magnus Johansson and Tony Olsson start
 ed the first Swedish chocolate festival at Nordiska museet in 2002. Af
 ter visiting the festival in Paris 1994 Magnus Johansson decided, a fe
 w years later, to create something similar in Stockholm together with 
 Tony Olsson. They chose the Nordiska museet with its cultural heritage
  as the perfect setting for the event. Ever since, the grand hall in t
 he museum has become a meeting place for chocolate lovers during a wee
 kend in the middle of October.The programme for 14-16th October 2011 w
 ill include- Traditional chocolate market where you can, among other t
 hings, buy and taste products. Patisseries, restaurants and chocolate 
 suppliers exhibit their products in the museum’s main hall. The Comp
 etition Årets Konditor, the Cake maker of the Year takes place on Fri
 day 14th October.- On stage demonstrations of desserts, cakes and pral
 ines and several national and international guest appearances. - Choco
 late competitions on stage – both for professionals and amateurs.Ope
