EVENT DETAILS
The Fine Chocolate Industry Association's (FCIAs) Summer Event is packed full of information and fun! Our educational program explores the work being done to preserve the flavor profile of rarer cocoa genome types before the beans get into the hands of the chocolate maker. Taste a rare sample and evaluate how this scientific work could impact its flavor.

The event also includes a session on extending shelf life for fine chocolate truffles and confections (Members-Only Session). Network with other industry peers, learn about new products & trends in the Gallery Showcase, and party with other passionate chocolate professionals!

REGISTRATION
Registration for FCIA members is $30 (USD).
Registration for Non members is $100 (USD).
