Please join us on a culinary adventure that will take you to the heart of the Yucatan peninsula. You will participate in cooking workshops to learn everything about chocolate. You will explore ancient Maya ceremonial cities. You will spend a day at a Cacao Plantation – Plantacion Tikul – where you will explore groves of cacao trees, and all the spices – from cinnamon to vanilla – that are used in making chocolates. You will tour the installations where Ki’ Xocolatl artisanal chocolates are made. You will explore Merida, staying at a luxury boutique hotel, and dining at gracious haciendas-turned spas. This is an adventure. This is luxury. This is a unique opportunity to embark on the Great Chocolate Expedition!
