Led by Valrhona USA pastry chef Alex Espiritu

 

Originality, elegance, but, above all, style—a pastry style that will, from now on, round out your product offering. This workshop is designed around desserts from the simple to the extraordinary that are sure to delight and surprise. Alex will share new construction and assembly techniques from Europe, as well as present new mouth-watering taste sensations.

You will work on different presentations such as Verrines, Petit Four and Plated Desserts.

Cost: $499 ; Price includes: Breakfast and Lunch for the 2 days, 1 dinner, and cocktail reception for diploma ceremony, 1 Valrhona Hat, 1 Valrhona Apron, and 1 Valrhona recipe book.
