Now, Valrhona is making its renowned know-how available to culinary professionals in limited markets across the USA with Valrhona En Route (on-the-road), a series of traveling Valrhona USA culinary school classes. As at Valrhona's infamous L'ecole du Grand Chocolat in France, chefs, instructors, and chocolatiers attending Valrhona En Route’s classes will find a vibrant and welcoming venue where they can exchange ideas and share their high-level of expertise with one another. They will also learn to perfect their techniques and discover current and new trends under the guidance of L’Ecole-trained chef-instructors.

Originality, elegance, but, above all, style—a pastry style that will, from now on, round out your product offering. This workshop is designed around desserts from the simple to the extraordinary that are sure to delight and surprise. 

Come and learn from Chef Sarah Kosikowski, she will teach you construction and assembly techniques from Europe as well as new mouth-watering taste sensations. In a small group of 12 professional pastry chefs, you will work on different recipes and presentations such as Verrines, Petits Fours and Plated Desserts.
