Now, Valrhona is making its renowned know-how available to culinary professionals in limited markets across the USA with Valrhona En Route (on-the-road), a series of traveling Valrhona USA culinary school classes. As at Valrhona's infamous L'ecole du Grand Chocolat in France, chefs, instructors, and chocolatiers attending Valrhona En Route’s classes will find a vibrant and welcoming venue where they can exchange ideas and share their high-level of expertise with one another. They will also learn to perfect their techniques and discover current and new trends under the guidance of L’Ecole-trained chef-instructors.

Come and learn from Chef Sarah Kosikowski, she will teach you construction and assembly techniques from Europe as well as new mouth-watering taste sensations. In a small group of 12 professional pastry chefs, you will work on different recipes and presentations such as Verrines, Petits Fours and Plated Desserts.
