I am looking for a chocolate that will stay non meltable in 70 degrees.

Does anyone know of a chocolate that does not melt so fast.

Chocolate wont actually melt at 70 but even storage at tbis temp I don't think this is a good idea as even if the chocolate is not melting, if it contains real cacao butter, the fat will slowly migrate and cause fat bloom.

There are compound coatings available with hard fats that hold up at warmer temps.
