Chocolate Boxes: Custom vs. Stock

We're working on new packaging offerings for chocolate box packaging.  What type of packaging works best for most Chocolatiers?

STOCK Packaging or CUSTOM Packaging?

Why? and Which packaging distributors do you prefer?
