Very basic question, but this is the first time this happens to me.
I am making filled bonbons and I am using two brand new magnetic molds I got from Chocolat-Chocolat.com
I am also using, for the very first time, a Revolation 1 I recently purchased.
The thing is, the bonbons will not come out of the molds...from either mold.
I tested the chocolate from the Revolation and it looked tempered correctly.
I don't know what could have caused my bonbons to get stuck on the molds. Any ideas?
