Does anyone know where I can find a recipe for "cremini" or "cremino?" I've seen a photo of it on the Pernigotti website and I've heard that it's wonderful, but I'm not having any luck with a recipe.

A cremino is just a 3-layer stack of white, milk and dark chocolate gianduja.  Some chefs vary the type of nuts, but traditional Italian Cremini are normally done with hazelnuts.  A gianduja is normally 60% chocolate and 40% nut paste.
