Hi,
I have a bag of cru hacienda, but haven't had a chance to make anything with it yet. There are 2 versions, one is organic and the other isn't but my rep told me that they are both basically the same, the one not labeled organic doesn't have organic sugar, the one labeled organic does have organic sugar, the beans are organic in both, that's the only difference.
