Hi every body , I'm prety new on this sit . I really enjoy reading and learning from everybody's experiance in different filds of chocolate.
I recently heard about this chocolate filled liquied truffles that is made with a process called Liqueur Praline or known as LIMOBA process and i was fascinated by it and would like to try making it in my kitchen , but don't know how to !!
Dose any one know how to go about this process and could help me!!??
