We are embarking on a new journey! We have grown Cacao in the Dom. Rep. for years and are now looking into the "bean to bar" market. However, before we spend 500k on equipment that can make 50,000 bars a day, we are looking for small scare machinery. Winnowers, Temperer's...etc
