I just want to thank the moderators for allowing me to join your community. I am here to learn all I can about the business of chocolate.
My wife is...an artist-in every way. She paints, plays the piano, carves fruit, does hair, and now she wants to sell high-end sweets to the masses.
Now, the mural business was easy (we also have a custom mural and wallpaper company MagicWallWrap.com), but I don't know anything about chocolate.
So I look forward to gleaning from the professionals here.
