What is the best way to learn to make chocolate

Hi All,

Thanks for the info on the vegan chocolate. Now my question is in your professional opinion, what is the best way to learn how to make chocolate? I am exploring the Ecolate online school ( very interesting) but does anyone have any other suggestions?

If you are interested in learning how to make chocolate "from bean to bar", the best way to get a free, general understanding is to read about it on chocolatealchemy.com.
