chocolate in India

Very timely new group! I am visiting India in March to research chocolate there. I am interested in exploring the possibility of setting up gourmet chocolate production  - similar to what we do now here in Berkeley. Also finding out more about the growing side and looking at bean to bar production

I am initially arriving in Delhi, and there is a food trade show theree mid March, the AHAAR, as well as visiting the growing areas in the SW and Bangalore.
