Just to complete the list most probably know that Simon Johnson brings in Valrhona, Cluizel is available in quite a few places and you can get Amedei online from www.lario.com.au

Amedei is also available from Vue de Monde cafes in Melbourne (well, the St Kilda cafe anyway). Not cheap though - I think it was $20 per block from memory

Just went for an visit to Monty's, I was very impressed, probably one of the best choc shops in Australia. I treated myself to $130 worth of chocolate comprising mostly Felchlin and Pralus, I was being controlled too.

Monty's Chocolates also has Rococo Chocolate. Including some of their award winning pralines.
Mango, passionfruit and orange. Lychee, Rose and Raspberry.
The new shipment has just arrived so the Pralus Cubissime is back. The l'Artisan du Chocolat chewy salted caramel is wonderful and in the shop while stocks last.
Coppeneur also have a new range of pralines which combine fruit flavours like apricot and gratefruit. They are superb. At this time of year Monty's can post across Australia without fear of the weather!!! -
