I bought my grinder from John at Chocolate Alchemy, built my own winnower which is posted on another thread in 'Home Brew Chocolate'. I have no other specialist equipment other than some polycarbonate moulds which I got from Ecotel in Adelaide.
I get my beans from Andreas at Nui and use Felchlin cocoa butter which you can get from a number of gourmet places. Vanilla pods, sugar, milk powder, malt powder etc you can get from the super market. Hot tip, the Coles and Woolworths brand milk powder is made by Fontera (a big NZ company) and is one of the best on the market.
