Chocolate Tempering Machine Needed to Rent or Buy in Paris in April for a Period of Two Weeks

NUNU Chocolates (www.nunuchocolates.com) is headed to Paris in April for a pop-up shop in the Brachfeld Gallery. We are in need of a tempering machine and were hoping to rent or buy a Rev X3210 (or its equivalent) in Paris so we could avoid shipping one over from New York.

Does anyone know of any good equipment suppliers over in Paris or have one yourself that you might be willing to sell or lend to us? If we do end up buying one, we will most likely want to resell it before heading back to NY so keep on the lookout for that as well if you are looking for a tempering machine in the Paris area.
