Discover Chocolate and Live La Vida Cocoa!

I'm looking for a used warming cabinet or bread proofer in which to keep chocolate melted or at least close to the melting point. Also, if anyone has suggestions on large containers (for 20-70 lbs of chocolate) in which to store chocolate after the melanger and before tempering/molding, I would love to hear them. Thanks!
