We called cocoa pulp the mucilage of white color that, with the nectar, it recovers the seeds of the fresh fruit. In Brazil she is sold frozen, as shown in the image bellow. 
The pulp loses quality and it ferments fast after having defrost.

What kind of quantities are you looking for? Might be able to help.
