CocoaT pregrinder grinds cocoa nibs into liquor and can process 65 lbs of cocoa nibs in one hour. The particle size of the liquor is around 48 microns. Pregrinding the cocoa nibs in the pregrinder saves lot of time. Preground liquor takes significantly less time to conch in the Grindeur.
