For Sale- 10/11/10-Used Chocovision X3210 Temperer

Hi guys! Just wanted to let you know that I've just listed a used Chocovision X3210 Temperer on Ebay. My Ebay user name is BCBA100. The machine is in great condition and works perfectly, I've never failed to get a good temper with it. It has a 10lb capacity and was perfect for my small, weekend chocolate biz, but I'm relocating and starting a new job, so don't need it. Only used it for 2 months. To compare to the smaller models by Chocovision, this one obviously has a much larger capacity, but is also quieter. It functions in the same manner, but has an overnight mode and includes 2 baffles, a cover for the bowl, and a hopper for loading large quanities of chocolate.
