I'm interested if it is still available. I'm in Vancouver, Canada - still you have the shipping boxes, or can you approximate a shipping fee?

Probably the cheapest is to send it using US Postal Services - ground. If it' too complicated or expensive, it can also be sent to Point Roberts, WA 98281 where I have packages sent, then I'll cross the border to pick it up.
