This German-made machine can turn 5 liters of cream into 18 liters of European-style whipped cream (ie, REALLY light whipped cream). It injects the cream with millions of tiny air bubbles while slowly beating it with an open paddle. Requires 220V power.
This machine retails for several thousand dollars. Asking $850, including shipping. (See photos below.)
