Lightly used (2008) Selmi Enrobing Unit in excellent shape. Cools enrobed chocolates using an air diffuser located along the whole length of the cooling chamber. Productivity speed ranges from 30-200 cm/min. Stainless steel construction, equipped with a double chocolate curtain, loading and operating section and a blower to remove excess chocolate. Enrobing belt speed works independently from the cooling tunnel belt speed. 220 V, 3 phase. Works with any Selmi Plus or Futura (does not include the actual tempering unit, but does include enrobing belt and tunnel). Requires 22' truck to move. Located near Minneapolis in Minnesota.

I am selling this because I bought it as part of a package and my shop is too small to accommodate it well.

I was told by Tomric (who distributes Selmi equipment) that new, the enrober/cooling tunnel combo would cost around $40,000. This is very close to new. Additional photos available. Asking $21,000/OBO. 651-433-1118. Robyn.
