The TF20 Table Top Chocolate Tempering Machine manufactured by DR is as durable and long lasting as it is effective and multi-configurations. Having complete control over the tempering process means that you can take longer to work on the chocolate while still being confident that it will still be tempered. With its multi-configuration possibilities the TF20 is made from long lasting, rust proof stainless steel but is still light enough to be transported to venues, fairs, or competitions.
