what is your zip code and I can weigh the attachment and check UPS for a cost of shipping to you.   Will it be commercial address?

I am in Birmingham, AL 35244 so Portland is a little way but I have freight shipped a gelato display case to Portland so this won't be nearly as difficult at that!
