Thank you for your reply> I assume the wheel does not lift inclusions? Does the wheel stop as with a foot pedal Is there any way to meter out the chocolate into 2 oz or so molds. This could work well for us. Thought we are working with a very limited budget at this time and we work with many inclusions. I looked up you page you have a nice presentation. Thank you for your time. Perhaps we could talk on the phone. My previous post list our most common cell phone. it belongs to my wife and partner. Looking forward.
